Joe Hintz was born in Norwalk in 1956. He is a 1974 graduate of Norwalk High School where he was active in football and wrestling. Joe proudly served in the Ohio National Guard from 1975-1981.
Joe resides in Norwalk with his wife of 41 years; they have 4 daughters, 4 sons-in-law, and 14 grand children.
Joe is a member of the National Rifle Association, Member of the Huron County Township Association, Member of the Huron County Farm Bureau, Member of the Huron County Camp of the Gideons International, serving in the Jail ministry. Joe is a Christian, and a former church Trustee, ordained Deacon, and he and his family attend The Chapel Church in Norwalk Ohio.
Together, Joe and Elaine have been owners and operators of Qualicare Services, a small services company founded 1985. During that time Joe has attended numerous training schools associated with his business. In 1999 he attended school in Waukesha, WI and become a certified home inspector through A.H.I.T. (American Home Inspection Training)..
